To guarantee a decent life for people with learning difficulties through: diagnosis and early intervention, family and career counseling programs, proposing specialized educational programs; appropriate individual interventions, providing training and educational, social, and psychological counseling for people with learning difficulties; supporting educational institutions; training specialized cadres in the education field; promoting awareness of learning difficulties and respect of individual differences as well as enabling talented people with learning difficulties to reach maximum success.
